NDIS In-Home Care: Dauk Care Services offers one-on-one care and support for various aspects of daily living, such as showering, eating, cleaning, and mobility assistance.
Community Access: Dauk Care Services provides community nursing services with registered and enrolled nurses delivering clinical care in the comfort of the participant’s home.
Home Care Services: Dauk Care Services provides In-Home Care services to support participants with home cleaning, cooking, daily interactions, community access, and shopping.
Community Participation Programs: Dauk Care Services aims to combat isolation by offering community access support services. These programs help participants connect, learn new skills, make friends, and develop life skills through social and community activities.
Transport Assistance: Dauk Care Services provides participants with support workers who will assist with transportation to and from appointments, outings, and community transportation assistance.
